In April 2006 the new Building Regulations for the conservation of fuel and power came into force,for new and existing buildings in Britain. Are they too little to late? The building regs for Sweden in 1978 were tougher than these new regulation,that is quite frankly, embarrassing. Our governement really need to get there act together.
