Anyone that takes the press on an unnecessary flight to Oslo,Norway, in order to announce his parties new Green credentials, really is missing the point.

According to department of transport figures long haul flights produce 110g of carbon dioxide per passenger kilometers. Oslo is 1149 Kilometers from London (1149 multiplied by 0.110=126.39).

So just to reiterate thats 126 Kg of carbon dioxide per passenger.A Boeing 737 carries 148 passengers if it were 70% full that would be 103.6 multiplied by 126.28= 13 Tonnes of carbon dioxide. Nice one Mr Cameron.
