    Brown's new budget:

    11p on fags?

    why not £1, why not £2.50?

    reduce corporation tax for big business, increase it for small ones. WHY?

    abolish lower income tax band, WHY?

    where's the promised "green tax" ?

    a relatively small increase on tax for gas guzzling cars, big deal.

    £8 per ton (by 2010) on landfill, WHAT? that's pitiful.

    so, the poor get poorer and the rich get richer, nice one.
